General Subscription and Prize Draw Rules

Open to UK residents, excluding employees of PSP Publishing Ltd and their immediate family members or anyone directly connected with the prizes on offer.

The closing date for subscription entries to be included into the prize draw is Friday 30th July 2010.

Any subscription orders received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw but subscription will still be honoured.

The draw will take place at the offices of PSP Publishing Ltd week commencing 16th August 2010. The winners and prizes will be selected at random.

PSP Publishing Ltd will notify all winners within 14 days of the draw date and will endeavour to deliver all prizes to winners within 30 days of notification.

As multiple entries are involved in this offer it means that one person can win more than one prize; there is no limit as to how many prizes an individual can win.

Prizes allocated are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

PSP Publishing Ltd reserves the right to use the winners’ names and photographs in future publicity or promotional material.

PSP Publishing Ltd will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up a specified prize on offer.

PSP Publishing Ltd may for any reason and at any time change the prize to a prize of a similar value.

PSP Publishing Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by a prize winner as a result of accepting any prize.

The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This prize draw is organised by PSP Publishing Ltd, PSP House, 50 High Craighall Road, Glasgow G4 9UD.
