The Links Golf Cup Ayrshire is now in it’s fourth year and has developed into one of the most eagerly awaited events on the Scottish golfing calendar – consistently attracting fields of more than 100 golfers from the four corners of the UK and beyond.

We’ve teamed-up with the organisers to offer one bunkered reader the chance to win one of the limited number of places remaining in the event, which is worth £325!

Beginning on Monday, September 3, amateur golfers in this 72-hole Stableford competition will do battle over Western Gailes, Gailes Links and Kilmarnock (Barassie) before the week culminates with the final round at last year’s Scottish Open venue, Dundonald Links.

There are some great prizes up for grabs, both on a daily basis and for the week, as well as for the fun Team Competition and the Par-3 Challenge, which features eight selected par-3s over the course of the week.

A limited number of places still remain for the competition, and any golfer over the age of 18 who holds an official handicap is eligible to take part. Online registration is currently available at £325 per person, which entitles entrants to four competition rounds, a welcome gift bag and an invitation to the Prize Presentation Dinner at nearby Gailes Hotel.
