The island of Mauritius would be considered most people’s idea of paradise with endless swathes of sandy beaches, luxurious resorts and stunning sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

What better setting then for the inaugural, tri-sanctioned AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, where the likes of Thomas Bjorn, George Coetzee and Thorbjorn Olesen will be battling it out for the title.

And on social media, the players have been doing their best to makes us all feel suitably jealous as to where they’ll be competing this week.
