Get tips from staff at the Nike Performance Fitting Centre at Archerfield Links, who will help sharpen your golf skills, or why not take on the challenge of the Gullane Golf Club and Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open Long Drive Contest. It’s not just about the adults though, as kids will be encouraged to get involved in the mini putting area.

It promises to be a hugely engaging and fun-filled event and a great taster of what can be expected at the summer’s big events on Scotland’s Golf Coast, with the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open at Gullane (July 9-12, 2015), and the Prostate Cancer UK Scottish Seniors Open at Archerfield Links (August 27-29, 2015) both coming up.

Just a half-hour drive east of Edinburgh, East Lothian is a golfing paradise, featuring 22 must-play golf courses stretching through 30 miles of stunning coastline, golden beaches and rolling countryside. Known as the sunniest and driest part of Scotland it is open for business throughout the year, with a warm welcome awaiting every visitor.

The area not only features the oldest course in the world at Musselburgh Links; but was also the location of the first Ryder Cup played in Scotland in 1973, at Muirfield: a course that inspired Jack Nicklaus to construct Muirfield Village in Ohio.

Scotland’s Golf Coast also has a range of accommodation types to offer golfers, providing the perfect opportunity to rest, relax and unwind before enjoying another round of golf. It is a dream for visiting golfers, with all accommodation providing easy access to golf courses.
