Scottish Golf Show

Thousands of golfers are expected to flock to the SECC in March as golf’s top equipment brands descend on Glasgow to show off their new gear for 2015 at the Scottish Golf Show.

Major equipment manufacturers including Ping, Callaway and Mizuno will be in attendance once again, and this is your chance to try out and get custom-fit for the latest releases.

From drivers to wedges to putters and even golf balls, the game’s biggest and best brand’s will be there to help you get the best gear for your game, and you can even ask them questions, too.

Ping

Last year was a big year for Ping as its popular G-series returned once more with the launch of the G30 family and the innovative turbulator technology. Since then, Ping has also added the G30 SF Tec and G30 LS Tec models to the range, meaning there is now something to suit every level of golfer.

If G30 isn’t your thing, you will also be able to try and get fitted for the i25 family, as well as the S55 irons and Karsten iron-combo set. At the Scottish Golf Show, you can ensure they’re dialled in to your specs, too, with the help of Ping’s expert club fitters.

Whether it’s the latest Big Bertha Alpha 815 family, the new V-Series or the X2-Hot replacement XR range that you fancy trying, they’ll all be there for you to hit and get custom fitted, while the brand’s experts will be able to furnish you with all the knowledge you need to impress your mates in the clubhouse, while also making an informed choice on your next club purchase.

Mizuno

Last year Mizuno brought along their tour truck to the Royal Highland Centre in Ingliston and impressed the masses as they built custom-fitted irons on-site. This year they’re back and you can book in for your very own custom-fit appointment to ensure you have the perfect clubs for the start of the golf season.

Their top quality irons are revered around the world and you’ll be able to hit both the new MP-15 and MP-H5 models, as well as the new JPX850 family.
