It’s been a busy old week in the social media world. Lets start with Happy Gilmore. Tuesday marked 20 years since the film was released, with Rory McIlroy revealing his favourite line.

Only that wasn’t his favourite line. Because he revealed on Twitter later that he wasn’t allowed to say this to the PGA Tour…

It was all fun and games, and perhaps the best Happy Gilmore social media post of the day went to Lexi Thompson, who took to Instagram to thank Adam Sandler for showing how truly frustrating it is to miss a putt!

As well as marking 20 years since the release of Happy Gilmore, Valentine’s Day also fell in the past week with Paulina Gretzky posting this picture for fiancé Dustin Johnson.
And did we mention that we received a Valentine’s Day gift, too? TaylorMade sent us over a FaM1ly cap, while the Lindt chocolates went down a treat!
As we all know by now, Bubba Watson has a knack for goofing around. Here he is making a fool out of Pebble Beach AT&T Pro-Am playing partner Mark Wahlberg while he was being interviewed.

Speaking of actor Wahlberg, he was THIS close to recording a hole-in-one during the second round of the event.
A memorable shot for the right reasons, but this, from Jordan Spieth’s caddie Michael Greller, was definitely a memorable shot for all the wrong reasons, especially with it being at the famous par-3 seventh at Pebble. SHANK!
What’s worse than a shank at Pebble?…
A shank with World No. 1 @JordanSpieth watching. Sorry, @Michael_Greller.https://t.co/ZeKKf65P9R

And finally, the Champions League returned to our screens this week, with Englishman Chris Wood and Dutch star Joost Luiten keen to show off their heading ability. At 6ft 5in, Wood we’re sure would make a pretty good target man!
