After Jason Day withdrew from the pro-am of last week’s Farmers Insurance Open, the American was desperate to see how the Aussie was feeling.
The weather at Torrey Pines last week was pretty insane, wasn’t it? But for all it wrecked a few scorecards, it helped Colt Knost make this unbelievable birdie.

While it was wet and windy in the west, the middle of America and, more notably, 2016 Ryder Cup venue Hazeltine, had a fair amount of snow.
Meanwhile, ahead of the Dubai Desert Classic, it was blue skies all the way with 2006 Masters posting this picture on Instagram. Although I’m not sure cranes and noise is what I’d be wanting to see and hear from my sunbed…
And it wasn’t golf on world No.2 Rory McIlroy’s mind in the Middle East either yesterday as he looked pretty uncomfortable before heading out on this zipwire adventure.
Rory’s good friend Sergio Garcia had a strong showing in Qatar last week – but it was this dance move that caused a bit of a stir…
