Golf technology just keeps getting more and more advanced. And now, the RoboGolfPro – used by Tour pros including Bryson DeChambeau – has made its way to the UK.

Set-up at a new state-of-the-art indoor golf academy – FairWeather Golf in Camberley, Surrey – the RoboGolfPro will be helping golfers develop their swings with robot-assisted efficiency.

RoboGolfPro has attracted widespread attention in the US and is being used by top tournament professionals. PGA Tour winner Vaughn Taylor described the machine as ‘an awesome training aid’, while it is also used by Mike Weir, David Toms and DeChambeau.

But what exactly is the RoboGolfPro?

RoboGolfPro lets your coach show you the perfect swing for your ability and physique. It's the only machine in existence that takes your club and physically guides you through a perfect swing.

You hold onto your club, and the robot guides you through the corrected swing each time a little faster. As you try to fall back on old habits, the robot resists and forces you to follow each component of your golf swing perfectly.

If your mechanics are correct, then your body will follow and, as a result, the RoboGolfPro is said to have an immediate improvement on the golf course.
