The name's Garcia... Sergio Garcia

2015 12 Sergio

Move over Henrik Stenson, because Sergio Garcia may have something to say about the Swede being voted as making the best James Bond.

Upon the release of Spectre, the European Tour conducted a survey with Stenson seeing off Martin Kaymer, Alvaro Quiros, Lee Slattery and Rory McIlroy with 44% of the voting, which he highlighted on his Facebook page.

And with Spaniard Garcia not even one of the options, ahead of the Ho Tram Open, he was captured in shades walking out of a helicopter to show that maybe he could give Stenson a run for his money.

Garcia is the highest-ranked player in the field at the Ho Tram Open – Vietnam’s richest sporting event – which also includes major winners Geoff Ogilvy and Darren Clarke, who was also looking very dapper ahead of the tournament’s gala dinner.

The Ho Tram Open gets underway on Thursday at the Greg Norman-designed Bluffs Ho Tram Strip.
