LPGA star Natalie continues to share the secrets of her work-outs

In the second part of her video guide to working out, LPGA star Natalie Gulbis demonstrates the standing row, one of the best exercises any golfer can do.

As Natalie explains, the standing row works all of the muscles in your back and your core, making you stronger and, crucially, more flexible. Natalie adds: “Since you are in the golf stance [doing this exercise[, you also work all the stabilizers that you need in your golf swing.”

This should, in turn, lead to a less-restricted swing and, hopefully, more consistent ball-striking.

Watch the video now to see how to perform this exercise correctly. Please always train responsibly and only try to lift or use weights that you are comfortable with. Be aware that over-training can lead to injuries – and that, of course, means no more golf for a long time, which nobody wants.
