Dear Bunkered...

I would like to congratulate you on a fantastic Scottish Golf Show 2007. I have many great memories of this year but here are some of my highlights. Firstly, the service I received from the TaylorMade Tour truck and the staff of the american golf shop. I tried many drivers with TaylorMade and finally decided on buying the r7 draw with a nine-degree face and regular shaft.

The club was not available off the shelf and was to be made for me in the truck. Unfortunately, the truck had no nine-degree clubheads left. As I had already paid for it, the staff at american golf did all they could to persuade the TaylorMade staff to sell me one of their demo models and even managed to get me a discount as well.

David Haggerty, Paisley

Editor’s Reply: It is always pleasing to hear about good customer service and both the TaylorMade and american golf staff deserve credit for helping to make your visit to the show so enjoyable.
