10. Bob Goalby & Jay Haas
The Haas’s are an esteemed golfing family – so it would only seem apt for there to be a Ryder Cup connection. Haas’s mother Shirley was the sister of Bob Goalby, who played in the 1963 Ryder Cup and had a record of 3-1-1. Haas (above), meanwhile, played in three matches (1983, 1995 and 2004), amassing a record of 4-6-2.
