1. Kevin Na
The worst score ever recorded on a par-4 on the PGA Tour came at the 2011 Texas Open courtesy of Kevin Na. After driving into no-man’s land at TPC San Antonio’s ninth, Na returned to the tee and hit almost the exact same shot. He managed to find his provisional but his next hit off a tree and back onto his trouser leg, incurring a two-shot penalty. After several more wild lashes, he finally found the fairway with his 12th shot, ultimately carding a ghastly duodecuple-bogey 16.
