Snap up a late summer package to Hilton Head

Hilton Head

If you are planning a bucket list golf trip to the USA, Hilton Head Golf Island should be very high up on your list of possible destinations.

Golfers can find over 33 world-class courses in the Lowcountry area, including Harbour Town Golf Links – host to the PGA Tour’s RBC Heritage – with some fantastic late-summer deals available to be snapped up.

Available throughout August, Heritage Golf Group’s ‘foresome’ golf special starts at $89 (per person, per night) and features seven nights’ accommodation in a spectacular resort villa, unlimited golf at three prestigious clubs (boasting 99 holes), free range balls and cart.

Another brilliant deal waiting to be picked up is the ‘Birdies and Beers’ getaway at the award-winning Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. The package includes three nights’ accommodation in a two-bedroom villa, three rounds of golf with a cart and daily breakfast and beers. This is also available throughout August.

Hilton Head Island

Offered until September 17, The Sea Pines Resort’s Summer Golf Specials are available for tee times after 1pm and are perfect for experiencing classic Harbour Town Golf Links, as well as much-praised Heron Point by Pete Dye and exciting new Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III.

You can play all three championship courses for $389 per person or Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes for $199 per person. A wide array of accommodation options are available for guests including 300 villas, 100 rental homes and the luxurious 60-room Inn & Club at Harbour Town.

“Hilton Head Island is an ideal summer vacation destination,” said Cary Corbitt, president of the Lowcountry Golf Course Owners Association. “With championship courses to suit all playing styles and abilities, Hilton Head is truly a golf lover’s dream.”
