English Club Golfer issue 62 coverPSP Publishing Ltd has announced that its title, English Club Golfer, has reaffirmed its position as the most widely circulated free of charge golf publication in England, following the release of new ABC audit figures.

English Club Golfer, which is distributed to every golf club in the country and comprehensively covers all angles of English grassroots golf, has achieved an average circulation of 51,411 copies per issue, comfortably outstripping all of its competitors.

The news comes as English Club Golfer celebrates its tenth anniversary, during which time it has categorically established itself as the ‘go to’ publication for all English golfers.

Published five times per year, it has long been recognised as the best-read golf title in clubhouses across England, reaching more of the country’s golfers than any other title, and today’s news further demonstrates its popularity.

Bryce Ritchie, the editor of English Club Golfer, remarked: “Naturally, we are delighted that our ABC audit confirms what we have long known – that English Club Golfer is the clubhouse leader for both English golf and English golfers.

“It has long been said to us that English Club Golfer leads the way when it comes to covering this important and highly-active part of the golf industry. Now, we can say with some authority that we do precisely that.

“With the recent launch of free app and digital editions, it is inevitable that our readership will continue to grow.” – Paul Grant, publisher

“Our objective is the same today as it was when we launched English Club Golfer in 2004: to source and produce the best English golf – and, indeed, England Golf – content for English golfers.”

Paul Grant, the managing director of PSP Publishing, added: “We have a large portfolio of golf titles, all of which have achieved impressive numbers over the years. Today’s news adds to that.

“Whether you have a story to tell or a product to showcase, it is quite clear that English Club Golfer is your best route to the knowledgeable and large English golfing community.

“What’s more, with the recent launch of free app and digital editions, it is inevitable that our readership will continue to grow.

“I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our readers and advertisers for their unstinting support. The first ten years of English Club Golfer have been enormously successful. With the release of today’s ABC figures, it is abundantly clear that the next ten are shaping up to be even better and we look forward to continuing to lead the way for English golf news for a long time to come.”
