Collin Morikawa is one of the PGA Tour’s most accurate players. Famed for his impressive iron play, the two-time major champion isn’t just accurate, but he’s pretty long too.
Morikawa is a TaylorMade staffer, with some of the brand’s latest equipment making up his set-up. At the top of the bag, he’s got the TaylorMade Qi10 LS driver. That’s the lowest spin model from TaylorMade’s new and super forgiving line up.
He also has one of the Qi10 range in his fairway woods, as well as some pretty tidy looking irons.
He’s using a combo set that includes the P7CB four, five and six irons, while the short irons are TaylorMade P730 blades.
It’s not all brand-new equipment though. Morikawa’s 3-wood is an old trusty model, the TaylorMade SIM. While it might not be the most up-to-date piece of equipment in his set, it’s a reliable club for the 2021 Open champion.
But, how far does he hit each club? Well, thanks to TaylorMade, we can give you exact carry distances for each club in Morikawa’s bag, from driver to lob wedge.
It’s important to remember that these are carry distances, not full yardages. While 289 yards might be the typical carry distance for Morikawa’s driver, he averages 295 on the PGA Tour with his driver.

It’s also worth noting that we’re taking these from TaylorMade’s video, where Morikawa guesses his yardages. For almost every club he’s bang on the money, showing he’s pretty confident in how far he hits each one.
If you want to watch the video, you can here, or you can read on to see how far Collin says he hits each club.
