Craghoppers unveils first golf collection for insect-free play

Outdoor clothing brand Craghoppers has unveiled its first-ever golf apparel range, launching in time for this summer.

Renowned for its high-performance, adventure-ready clothing, Craghoppers will combine its expertise in technical fabrics with the everyday needs of golfers.

The collection is designed for men and women who are often playing in areas with long grass, near water and in warmer climates, where biting insects thrive.

It makes Craghoppers’ NosiLife insect repellent technology the perfect solution for active golfers.

Built into the fabric of the garments, NosiLife is proven to repel insects including mosquitoes, midges, and ticks, whilst lasting the lifetime of the garment and being sustainably sourced.

With a slim silhouette in classic colourways, the new Craghoppers collection features two lightweight jackets, five tops, and trousers.

The Bromsgrove and Belfairs Jackets in fleece, and the Copthorne and Evesham Jackets in stretch jersey fabric, are lightweight and provide flexibility to move freely and comfortably on the green.

Meanwhile, the range of tops – designed to offer a high reach, as well as boasting UV protection and odour elimination – includes a long-sleeved zip neck, two short-sleeved polos, one long-sleeved polo and a long-sleeved base layer.

The Goswick and Ivybridge half-zip jackets are statement pieces, whilst the Avro and Hazelmere short-sleeved polos are practical for all golfers. Traditionally styled Bramshaw and Thornbury polos also come available in long and short-sleeve options.

The outfits are finished off with a pair of Santos and Milla slim-fit trousers for men and women, using quick drying and breathable fabrics.

Heel tape reinforcement to the hem of the trousers gives both pairs extra durability, and they even feature a sunglasses wipe unique to Craghoppers.
