Danish footwear manufacturer Ecco has expanded its popular Casual Hybrid shoe range with several new colours for the 2016 season.

Available in ‘sleek sneaker’ and ‘modern-classic brogue’ versions, Ecco’s Casual Hybrid shoes give a comfortable fit on the course with the brand’s Freedom Fit technology keeping it snug at the heel but creating more room in the forefoot to allow your toes to move naturally.

The Casual Hybrid is also highly water repellent thanks to Ecco’s HydroMax treatment, while the spikeless outsole is made from durable TPU to give great grip.

Each shoe includes a special leather inlay sole that can be added or removed, allowing you to customise the width of the shoe.

Michael Waack, head of global golf at Ecco, said: “The pioneering spirit that led us to introduce the first hybrid footwear in golf continues to drive our innovations season after season.

“These exciting new shoes pair tour-proven technologies with the most attractive designs and richest materials.”

Ecco’s shoes are worn on tour by staffers including Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Graeme McDowell and Thomas Bjorn.
