FootJoy showcases new waterproof rainwear

As part of its Autumn/Winter 2014 Apparel Collection, FootJoy has unveiled three fresh waterproof rainwear garments, the DryJoys Tour xp, HydroLite and the FooJoy Hybrid.

The rainwear waterproofs try to find a balance between comfort, style and performance, staying true to the brand’s mantra of ‘Making Every Day Playable’.

In all, the Autumn/Winter 2014 range is made up of of Base Layer, Fashion Pullover, Essential Shirts and Performance Trouser categories, attempting to ensure golfers look and compete at their best in all weather conditions.

DryJoys Tour xp features

100 per cent waterproof protection.

Three layer bonded fabric construction to reduce weight and improve mobility.

Four-way stretch shell with an Xtreme DWR finish and 20,000mm waterproof barrier to defend against the elements.

Extra-breathable waterproof laminate, super-soft brushed tricot liner and waterproof seam-sealed zippers.

Three-year waterproof warranty

Colour options: Navy/Black/White and Slate/Black/Yellow. As well as Black/Charcoal/Orange and Black/White.

RRP: £200.

Includes Rain Shirts in a range new colours, including Red/Grey/Black, Grey/Black/Red and Cobalt/Black/Lime, all with a recommended retail price of £180.

Rain Trousers in sizes from S to XXL with an RRP of £160.

HydroLite features

2.5-layer bonded fabric construction, complete with four-way stretch technology.

DWR finish to protect against light rain.

20,000mm waterproof barrier

YKK waterproof zippers and double storm flaps.

Three-year waterproof warranty.

The HydroLite half-zip Rain Shirt is available in Navy/Grey and Black/Slate/White, White/Black/Royal and Red/Black/White with an RRP of £130.

The FootJoy HydroLite Short Sleeve Rain Shirt comes in Black colour options, as well as new colours: Navy/Grey/White/Chrome and Royal/White. RRP £120.

Completing this all-encompassing HydroLite range is a Rain Trouser, available in Black with an RRP of £90.
