With the European Ryder Cup team now complete, Galvin Green has revealed its new Ryder Cup range that the team will wear during the match at Hazeltine.

Lee Westwood, Martin Kaymer and Thomas Pieters were all announced as captain Darren Clarke’s wildcard picks on Tuesday and Galvin Green has now unveiled the four exclusive lines of weatherwear all 12 members of the team will carry on their trip across 'The Pond'.

The launch arrives as Galvin Green takes on its new role as official supplier of weatherwear to the European Ryder Cup team and the brand says it has 'left no stone unturned' as it tries to give Europe the edge over their American rivals.

Made using a revolutionary Japanese fabric, the C-KNIT back is completely waterproof, very breathable and durable.

Alongside the flagship jacket, Galvin Green has produced a premium pair of waterproof trousers made from the same GORE-TEX and C-KNIT fabric.

The Swedish brand has included two long leg openings with water-repellent zippers at the back after receiving feedback from consumers.

It also has two front pockets and two covered back pockets with a silhouette of the Ryder Cup trophy appearing on the left leg.

As well as the three waterproof garments, Galvin Green has added a new Soft Shell GORE WINDSTOPPER to the range at the request of Darren Clarke.

With the aim of complementing the other garments in terms of styling and performance, the three-layer full zip jacket has a tight-knit Polyester outer layer with a GORE WINDSTOPPER membrane and a moisture management inner layer.

As a result, it can be worn in chilly conditions, is totally windproof, water repellent and breathable. It also features the European flag on the back of the neck, plus the official Ryder Cup shield on the left chest.
