KBS has launched a new PGW wood shaft that delivers a higher spin and launch for golfers of all levels.

KBS has always offered a huge range of golf shafts and with the launch of the brand-new KBS PGW shaft they have added another to provide golfers with a higher launch trajectory and enhanced spin control.

With this new design and premium materials, the KBS PGW shaft provides the perfect balance of power, control, and feel for golfers aiming to maximise performance off the tee and from the fairway.

The Tech

Extending the highly successful KBS ‘Players’ series of Graphite shafts, the PGW is a mid-torque shaft designed to fit a wide variety of swing speeds and features multiple weights and flexes allowing a broad range of players to achieve optimum trajectory and spin resulting in more distance.

Featuring a lower centre of gravity, the PGW helps golfers achieve a higher-launching flight with precision and consistency.

By enhancing launch conditions and adding stability to the wood category, this shaft is set to redefine playability for a wide range of golfers.” said KBS Director of R&D and Master shaft-maker Kim Braly.

Offered in .338” Tip Diameter with a 4” Parallel Tip, the new KBS PGW will be available in five weight classes 40g, 50g, 60g, 70g, 80g and a up different flexes ranging from R2, R, S, X, TX and TXX.
