The Callaway Chrome Tour line of golf balls has had great success over the last year. In 2025, a new model is making its way into the line, in the form of the Chrome Tour Triple Diamond. Here’s what you can expect from this four-piece golf ball.

So, what can we expect from this new ball? Lets look at the tech and see what the new Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond ball has to offer.

Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond: The Tech

The new Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond golf ball has a new seamless tour aero, designed to delivers a consistent and penetrating ball flight on every shot.

The new core is optimised to produce a slightly firmer feel and exceptionally fast ball speeds for maximum distance. The cover is a high-performance tour urethane cover which gives you a higher launch and lower spin on full shots with, as Callaway say, tour-level greenside control.

All this technology delivers ultimate precision and consistency, engineered to ensure maximised performance throughout your game.

Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond: Is it for you?

This new addition of the Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond golf ball, in my opinion, is going to be brilliant, especially for the faster swing speed players.

It’s not going to spin as much, the flight will be more penetrating, and the feel will be a bit firmer, like the Chrome Tour X. The workability will be less than the Chrome Tour and Chrome Tour X which means it will fly straighter, which isn’t a bad thing. A firmer feel, however, does mean you’ll sacrifice some spin around the green, which is something to consider.

The ball speed off the Chrome Tour X is one of the fastest I’ve hit, so I’m intrigued to see if the Triple Diamond speed matches or even exceeds it. I can’t wait to give these a proper test and give you a more in-depth review of what is a very exciting golf ball.
