Patrick Reed is a former Masters champion, now playing on the LIV Golf League. The American is one of the biggest characters in the world of golf and he also has one of the most interesting bags in the game. So, what clubs does Patrick Reed use?
It’s worth pointing out that Reed is an equipment free agent, and has been long before his move to LIV. Essentially, he’s not contracted to play a certain brand of clubs, which means he’s got a pretty mixed bag.
In the past, Reed was a Callaway staff player, but since he started doing things himself, he’s got several brands in the bag.
Titleist, Cleveland and Scotty Cameron clubs are in the bag and don’t raise too many eyebrows, but Reed’s irons are very interesting.
Reed’s irons are made by a brand called Grindworks, who you might not have heard of before. The former Masters champion is actually part of the design team of the Grindworks brand, so it stands to reason that he would put the clubs in play.
Grindworks is a brand from Japan, who say that they make clubs with a focus on unique design, with an emphasis on feel and quality.
It’s also worth noting what Reed wears on his feet. We spotted him in some Duca del Cosma Bernardo shoes and having tested them, we’re not surprised Reed wears them too.
Let’s take a closer look at Patrick Reed’s clubs.
