Payntr Golf has collaborated with former world No.1 golfer, Jason Day, to bring us the Eighty Seven SC shoe. And what a stunning golf shoe it is.
Jason Day was walking the fairways of Augusta National in these shoes earlier this year, and you’ll soon be able to get a pair of them on your feet too.
The Eighty Seven SC (more on the number 87 shortly) shoe is designed to offer golfers a golf shoe that combines the best in performance technology with a classic aesthetic. With Jason Day’s involvement, the Eighty Seven SC stands out as a true reflection of his personal style and commitment to excellence. Let’s take a closer look.
The First Look
A classic golf shoe design from Payntr. The all-white finish looks awesome, with the Payntr logo in gold on the side and on the sole. The clear sole is a nice touch, which goes well with the upper of this shoe. It’s minimalistic in looks but we think that is the perfect approach from Payntr and Jason Day here.

The Tech
The Payntr Eighty Seven SC uses cutting-edge technology, such as the Full-Length Carbitex Directional Carbon Fiber Propulsion Plate, which boosts ground reaction forces, delivering more power and speed in the downswing.

Combined with the waterproof and breathable Clarino Microfibre Performance Upper and Tour Flex Pro Cleats, this shoe delivers unmatched comfort, stability, and performance for all types of course conditions.
One of the standout features is the 87 perforated holes in the design, which provide excellent breathability—a homage to Day’s lucky number, 87.
