Motocaddy have hit a home run with their latest entry level electric trolley, the Motocaddy SE.
Motocaddy are one of the leading brands in the trolley market and they continue to impress with their latest offering.
The all-new Motocaddy SE electric trolley offers style, performance, and reliability at a really affordable price to make it accessible to as many golfers as possible. Let’s take a closer look at the details.
As far as looks go, this trolley is pretty slick. It looks the part and with that S-Shaped frame it has that premium feel to it. On top of that, the battery fits seamlessly and can be charged in the battery bed as well if you choose to do so.

Here’s what Motocaddy has to say about their entry level 2024 electric trolley.
The Motocaddy SE model features nine-speed settings, a USB port for on-the-go charging of mobile phones or GPS devices, plus an LED power indicator and battery meter on the trolley handle. It also has quick release wheels with new tire tread, a whisper-quiet 200W motor, folding lock, adjustable bag supports, and Motocaddy’s award-winning QUIKFOLD mechanism that allows you to fold or unfold the trolley in seconds. It also incorporates the Motocaddy exclusive EASILOCK system, designed to lock a Motocaddy bag onto the trolley and remove the need for a lower bag strap.
The SE is available in ULTRA Lithium and Lead-acid battery options with on-board charging possible if preferred, the Motocaddy SE comes in a Graphite frame.
“The SE is a perfect entry-level option for the golfer who wants to step up from the burden of carrying a bag, perhaps struggling with a push cart over hilly terrain or simply wanting to purchase an electric trolley for the very first time.
“Despite being available for under £500, which is significantly less than our nearest competitor’s products, the SE still provides golfers with the same high build quality and reliability as other Motocaddy models across our range. Golfers walk upwards of 13,000 steps and six miles during an average round of golf. Independent research indicates that 85% of golfers surveyed feel that an electric trolley helps them play better, with almost two thirds stating that it makes the game more enjoyable, so we wanted to offer more golfers the opportunity to feel the benefit of an electric trolley,” said Motocaddy Marketing Director, Oliver Churcher.

This is a great option if you want an electric trolley that will get you from point A to point B with no hassle.
I loved it when I took it on the course. It handles brilliantly up and down slopes and is so simple and easy to use. Setting up the trolley is quick and easy like the S1, it’s up in seconds and then you just clip the wheels on and you’re ready to go.
Attaching your bag is simple and if you have a Motocaddy bag you use the EASILOCK to secure your bag fully. The price point can’t be overlooked, witha starting price of £479.99. That’s a brilliant price for an electric trolley that in my opinion is excellent. This really does have a lot to offer any golfer who walks their course.
RRP: £479.99 (Lead-acid) and £549.99 (ULTRA Lithium)
