She’s one of the most exciting young players in the world, but what’s in her bag? Here’s the full Rose Zhang WITB rundown.

After a record-breaking amateur career that included bettering Tiger Woods’ college record by winning 12 of 20 college events in her time at Stanford and ended with her winning the Augusta National Women’s Amateur to reach an unmatched 141 weeks at World No 1 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings, she decided to join the paid ranks.

And her pro career started with a bang, too, with victory at the Mizuho Americas Open in her first start on the LPGA Tour.

Just a few months later, Zhang made her Solheim Cup debut in Spain, adding half a point to the United States’ total in the 14-14 tie at Finca Cortesin.

In 2024, she won her second LPGA title at the Cognizant Founders Cup, and a more successful Solheim Cup where she took four points from a possible four as her side lifted the trophy for the first time since 2017.

So what’s in Zhang’s bag?

After first joining Callaway as a junior golfer at just 13, Zhang is extremely comfortable with the gear and has played with a full bag of the equipment in every competition since.

Before that historic first victory, Zhang said: “I’ve used their clubs and golf ball in every one of my wins since I was a junior, and that gives me so much confidence when I’m out on the course.”
