Say hello to the Scotty Cameron Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD putter.

The Scotty Cameron Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD is a unique mid-mallet putter design, inspired by players with wins across the worldwide professional tours, with a new chain-link face milling pattern and a custom Full Contact grip.

The Looks

The new Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD looks incredible with the Chromatic Bronze finish. It delivers an antiglare finish with great alignment visuals and a chain link finish on the face which is exclusive to this putter.

The Tech

The Scotty Cameron Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD putter is a compact mallet with the Super Select GOLO 6 head shape, which offers high stability and MOI. It is precision-milled from 303 stainless steel.

The putter features the classy Chromatic Bronze finish, often found on tour-only offerings, with asphalt and dirty white accents as well as a black anodized 6061 aluminium sole plate. It also features a performance balanced weighting with two customisable stainless steel sole weights made in 10-gram, 15-gram and 20-gram increments matched to the associated putter lengths of 33-inches, 34-inches and 35-inches.

A new chain-link face milling technology delivers a tour-inspired feel, combining the softness of deep-milled putters with the consistency and feedback of mid-milled offerings. The brand new chain-link inspired pattern and texture is exclusive to Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD along with an I-beam-style plumbing neck and a custom Full Contact grip with a model-specific shaft band round out the setup.

Founder and master craftsmen, Scotty Cameron said: “The GOLO 6 putter head size has been in play for a couple years now. And as more touring pros adopt this compact mallet shape, we get into the prototype phase of experimenting with different neck configurations and finishes based on player feedback. The Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD is just that: a new design that adds a familiar plumbing neck, our very popular but rare Chromatic Bronze finish, and a new chain-link face milling.”

The bunkered Verdict

If you want a limited edition putter that looks incredible, has exclusive tech and comes in limited supply, this is going to be right up your street. With a punchy price tag of £729, this unique design will sell out fast and if you are a Scotty Cameron Collector, this will be a perfect addition to the collection.

The Chromatic Bronze finish and new Chain-Link face milling looks incredible along with the custom-designed, paddle-style Full Contact grip with a chain-link texture, which matches the putter’s face milling. Each putter also includes an embroidered Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD headcover, a stepless steel shaft and the line’s custom Xperimental GOLO 6.2 LTD shaft band.
