Srixon launch AD333 Tour balls

2014 02 2013 Ad333 Tour Dozen3

Srixon has unveiled its new 3-piece AD333 Tour golf ball for 2014.

Launching the ball, Srixon stated that its release was bringing about ‘a new era of choice’ in the golf ball market.

Specifically designed for golfers that don’t have tour level swing speeds, Srixon are looking to build on the success of the AD333 brand since it first entered the market back in 2007.

The AD333 Tour features Srixon’s proprietary coating - Spin Skin Technology - which was also used in its premium Z-STAR range. It offers greater control and spin on approach shots with a superior soft feel thanks to a blended highly resilient soft mid layer.

The Spin Skin coating improves friction between the golf ball and club surface by as much as 20% for added feel and control on crucial scoring shots, in particular partial wedge shots from greenside rough.

A soft mid layer combined with the advanced 344 dimple pattern also helps to promote low driver spin and high iron spin, generating a consistent, penetrating ball flight and unyielding performance in the wind.

Distance is enhanced further due to Srixon’s Energetic Gradient Growth Core technology, giving the core a firmer outer region, which becomes progressively softer towards the centre. This core structure creates explosive ball speed off the tee with reduced spin for maximum distance.

Srixon AD333 Tour availability

The AD333 Tour golf ball is available in leading golf retail outlets, in Pure White only from March 1st 2014 with an RRP £36 per dozen. To find out more visit the Srixon website from February 1st 2014 at srixon.co.uk
