If you’re a member of Team Titleist, today is a very good day.

The No.1 ball in golf has unveiled significant updates to two of its most popular models: the Tour Soft and Tour Speed.

Both enhance the overall Titleist family and build upon the huge success of previous generations to deliver even better performance where it counts.

Let’s take a closer look…

Tour Speed

When the original Tour Speed was introduced two years ago, it was the first Titleist high performance, multilayer golf ball with a proprietary Titleist Performance Urethane (TPU) cover, and immediately provided golfers the fastest, best performing model in its category.

The reformulated Tour Speed continues to produce the consistently fast speed, penetrating flight, and exceptional short game control golfers have come to trust and expect from this model. All of this was accomplished while adhering to the rigorous quality and consistency standards required to be stamped with the Titleist script.

• Titleist gives AVX ball a significant upgrade

The reformulated core delivers high speed, and a proprietary high flex casing layer, uniquely designed for this golf ball to maintain low long game spin. The reformulated Tour Speed  maintains its proprietary Titleist Performance Urethane (TPU) cover, as well as its 346 quadrilateral dipyramid dimple design, a combination engineered to generate a penetrating, consistent flight, and optimised greenside spin for short game control.

The result is a combination of speed and spin to help execute any shot, from tee to green.

Titleist Tour Soft

Tour Soft

Responding to golfer feedback, the third generation Tour Soft golf ball has been made with a new aerodynamic design for longer distance off the tee combined with a large, fast core for a responsive soft feel.

At 1.6 inches, the Tour Soft retains one of the largest core sizes in the Titleist golf ball portfolio and the same soft compression as the current generation.

• Which Titleist iron is right for you?

Such a large core requires an extremely thin cover and so Titleist developed a thin 4CE grafted cover, which helps generate reliable greenside spin for short game playability.

The new Tour Soft also features a new aerodynamic design – the 346 quadrilateral dipyramid dimple design – that delivers optimised ball flight for longer distance.
