Wilson are one of the most respected brands in golf. In 2025, they’ve only enhanced that reputation by producing their best range of drivers yet.

At the start of the year, the iconic brand released the range of woods which we tested thoroughly.

Through our testing, we found six good reasons why one of these drivers should be sitting at the top of your bag.

1. There’s a driver for every golfer

In this range of drivers, there’s a new addition from Wilson, which is the LS. That club makes up a line of three drivers, where there is something for every golfer.

Firstly, the LS, which stands for low spin, is aimed at high swing speed players. This is a club designed to eliminate the left side of golf course, as it produces a powerful fade, the shape favoured by better players. This tour-inspired driver delivers maximum clubhead speed, control, and adjustability without compromising ball speed.

Then, there is the Dynapwr Carbon driver, which is a driver that will sit in the middle of the range. This driver features a lowered crown and a flatter sole and is designed for golfers seeking the ideal balance of workability and forgiveness. This driver has been made with tour inspiration, for a compact yet forgiving look at address, while the swappable weights allow for customisable launch and spin.

Finally, the Wilson Dynapwr Max features a larger footprint, enhancing stability on every drive. This club has an all-titanium design, an increased front-to-back and heel-to-toe length, delivering a higher moment of inertia (MOI) than ever before. That means the straightest tee shots possible. In this driver, there is a flippable rear weight which allows golfers the ability to fine-tune their left-to-right shot shape.

No matter what shape you want to hit off the tee, there is a driver for every golfer in this range.

2. Stunning looks

If you’re investing in a new driver, then you want something that will look great both in the bag and behind the ball. This range delivers on that, with a new gloss finish that Wilson worked hard to make look the best possible.

Both the LS and the Carbon drivers feature carbon panelling, which looks superb. The all-titanium finish on the Max driver produces a clean look that will inspire confidence behind the ball.

Overall, this is a super-premium range of drivers, that is, in our opinion, a significant upgrade from the already impressive 2023 range of drivers from Wilson.

3. The sound of success

Sound was an aspect that Wilson engineers worked hard on. One of the biggest pieces of feedback from previous models suggested that the sound at impact could be improved.

The brand tested up to 40 optimised parameters across the face and surrounding geometries, using more than 2,000 face designs per driver model. This process is equivalent to creating 2,000 tools to balance mass properties, structural design, and sound.

When you hit these drivers, you’ll hear that they are the best sounding drivers Wilson has ever produced.

4. Technology Gains

Underneath an impressive looking package is a lot of technology that helps these Wilson drivers to perform to the best possible standard.

The hosel was something that Wilson worked hard on here. Not only does this offer six different loft settings, but weight has also been reduced in the build to enhance performance in the driver, saving weight in the heel side of the club.

A key technology in the Wilson drivers comes in the form of the AI-Driven PKR-360 face. The impressive part of this face design is that it has been enhanced with the needs of each driver in mind, so that each golfer will get what they need from their driver.

All of this has allowed the face to flex more, resulting in a larger sweet spot, increased ball speeds and greater forgiveness.

5. These drivers perform

While it’s all well and good to say these drivers look, sound and feel great, they need to perform. That is something that they certainly do well. Not only do the drivers perform well in the forgiveness stakes, but they also do well in the distance and power department too.

In the past, you might have associated Wilson with producing good drivers at a great price point. Now, however, they produce unbelievable drivers at the right price point. These offer golfers an alternative to the supposed bigger brands, without compromising on performance.

6. This is Wilson’s new normal

The new Dynapwr range is a massive step up from Wilson and it’s a standard that is here to stay. The whole package, which consists of looks, sound, technology and performance is here to stay from the iconic brand.

For years to come, we can expect brilliant drivers that only build on the success of these excellent clubs.
