Whenever the name of a golf club begins with the words "Isle of", you know you're in for a visual treat. And Skye is no different.

A delightful seaside course that looks out over the water to the Isle of Raasay in one direction and off to the Red Cuillin mountains in the other, you'll never get tired of soaking in the scenery at this

Designed and built in 1964 by Dr Frank Deighton, a former Walker Cup player, Sconser Golf Club, as it was known until the late '80s, is a nine-holer featuring 18 sets of tees that can stretch out to just shy of 5,000 yards.

A popular holiday destination, you'll never be short of things to do away from the course.
