2016 11 Dangerous Pyongyang1

3. Pyongyang GC, North Korea

Pyongyang is the only golf course in North Korea and sits on the edge of Taicheng Lake, roughly a 40-minute drive from Pyongyang City. It takes bookings, with packages starting at £500. If you’re really keen, you could enter its annual Open, which takes place every October. This is the same course where Kim Jong Il fired his ‘world record’ 38-under-par, which included 11 holes in one.
