The 89th Masters is right around the corner and we reckon this might be the best place in the world to watch it all (outside of Augusta National, of course).

This mansion, formerly of Bobby Jones, is complete with its own miniature replica of the iconic 12th hole and is said to be the birthplace of the major championship.

Located in the Tuxedo Park neighbourhood of Buckhead in Atlanta, it was built in the 1930s and was once given to the 13-time major champ for his dominance on the course.

As well as that small piece of Amen Corner on your doorstep, the mansion spans 7,500 square feet and boasts one of the most impressive amenities lists you’ll stumble upon.

Expect a gym, a wine cellar, a billiards room, a golf simulator, “a sundeck-encased pool and spa, and a teal speakeasy. Oh, and five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half-baths.

So, how much will it set you back? A mere $9.795 million.

This could well be the closest you get to playing Augusta National, so if you’ve a few million dollars to spare, we could think of worse things to splash on.

According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, the house was sold in 2024 for $2.6 million to Brown Trout Development LLC. But it was recently renovated for Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine’s Homes for the Holidays Showhouse.
