On a sombre day at Colonial, Davis Riley claimed a dominant PGA Tour victory at the Charles Schwab Challenge.
Davis shot a final-round 70 to hold off major champions Keegan Bradley and Scottie Scheffler and claim a winner’s cheque of over $1.6million.
This was the 27-year-old’s first individual victory on the US circuit after winning the Zurich Classic team event last year alongside Nick Hardy.

The final day took place just one day after news of the death of PGA Tour player Grayson Murray, who withdrew from this event during the second round.
Players and caddies wore red and black ribbons on Sunday in memory of Murray and his hometown NHL team, the Carolina Hurricanes.
