FedEx Cup 2024 prize money payout in full

The 2024 FedEx Cup Playoffs, the PGA Tour’s lucrative annual season finale, is here.

The world’s best players compete in three tournaments to determine the FedEx Cup champion, with huge money on the line as always.

In 2024, the stakes have been raised even more with a staggering $100million bonus pool paid out to those who make it to the Tour Championship finale at East Lake.

Last year, Viktor Hovland claimed a $18m bonus for winning the season title, but there has been some further contention over the Playoff format ahead of the 2024 race.

World No.1 Scottie Scheffler has suggested the current format, where a winner is decided with staggered scoring in the final tournament at East Lake, is not a fair reflection of the season.

“I think it’s silly,” said Scheffler. “You can’t call it a season-long race and have it come down to one tournament.

“Hypothetically, we get to East Lake [for the Tour Championship] and my neck flares up and it doesn’t heal the way it did at THE PLAYERS, I finish 30th in the FedEx Cup because I had to withdraw from the last tournament?

“Is that really the season-long race? No. It is what it is.”

Anyhow, Scheffler remains the overwhelming favourite to win his first FedEx Cup in 2024.
