This week the DP World Tour heads to the Emerald Isle for the Horizon Irish Open.

It’s one of the longest-running and most prestigious tournaments on the circuit, having first been staged in 1927 and continuously since 1975.

It’s also traditionally got one of the strongest fields, given its place in the calendar shortly before the Open Championship.

Rory McIlroy, Colin Montgomerie, Nick Faldo and Bernhard Langer are among the names already on the trophy.

Mount Juliet is the host venue for the second year in succession and the fifth time overall.
