Ian Poulter was a late arrival in the EurAsia Cup team room in Malaysia after spending his 40th birthday weekend in Las Vegas.
But when the Englishman did touch down at Glenmarie Golf & Country Club in Kuala Lumpur, the European team made sure that there was a belated birthday gift waiting for him – although to say he didn’t like it was an understatement! Lee Westwood captured all the reaction on his Instagram account.

Poulter and Westwood were late additions to Team Europe’s EurAsia Cup team, as captain Darren Clarke looked to add some experience to what was, and still is, a fairly young team.
