How do you reminisce a hole-in-one or your favourite hole? Well, we’ve got the answer.

Inspired by his own hole-in-one at The Warwickshire in 2024, Chris Pyatt set out to create the perfect gift for commemorating special moments on the course.

The result? Mymo. It’s simple. Pick any hole from around the world and Pyatt will use his graphic design expertise to craft on-demand, high quality watercolour-style prints that capture every detail.

Now, golfers can relive their most cherished moments through his passion for golf and design.

Since that magical summer ace, Pyatt has scaled his idea into a global business that has partnered with Lofoten Links in Norway, drawn up ‘Golden Bell’ at Augusta and delivered to Trump Doral in Miami.

So, we caught up with the man himself to learn more…

What is the story behind Mymo?

Mymo was born out of my first hole in one at my home course, the Warwickshire, last June. I wanted to create a memory and while you’ve got the scorecard, you’ve got the ball, I went to market and there was nothing out there. So, I dipped my head back into a bit of creativity and it has escalated from there.

How long does it take to make a print?

It honestly depends on the hole, but I’ve found over time, as we’ve had more interest, more followers, more inquiries, that I’ve started to take a bit longer. You start to see golf courses in your sleep, and then you look at natural characteristics. Overall, I’d say a 72-hour turnaround from a golfer achieving that ace to the print being delivered.

How do you make the painting?

I use my graphic design skills and it’s a collaboration between the stroke saver, there’s a website, called Pro visualizer, and that’s got a lot of the data about the holes. Then it would be looking at satellite images. Hopefully we can start to do our own drone footage and drone photography to get the course in the right setup eventually.

How big is a print?

They’re A3 print and frame. It’s an emotive, reactive product for people. When they’ve gone on holiday, or they’ve gone to a golf day, or they’ve achieved a hole-in-one, that’s what we want to do. It’s venting my creativity but also helping to capture memories for other golfers.

What is the most obscure hole you’ve printed?

Sueno Pines in Belek, because it was a gift for the original hole designer. His father bought it for him as a surprise Christmas gift.

Do you have a favourite print that you’ve made?

I really like Loch Lomond. I did it because it’s a stunning track. I’ve never played it, but that’s kind of what we’re trying to do with the community. The guy who ordered it, it was for his brother. If my brother got an ace at Loch Lomond, I wouldn’t talk to him let alone make him a print! I’ve just sent one to Trump Doral, too, but anything with character, anything a bit different, I genuinely love to do.
