It’s almost like Malbon wants us to talk about Jason Day’s outfits.
From outrageous sweater vests to baggy trousers and button-down shirts, the Australian star has had heads spinning.
So much so, Augusta National even asked Day to remove his Malbon vest in April.
But Jack Nicklaus hasn’t taken issue with the 36-year-old’s latest look, as Day has been spotted at the Memorial Tournament ready for a dip.
Above are the shorts he wore for Wednesday’s pro-am, where Day teed it up alongside NFL legend Peyton Manning.
And here’s the pair he rocked during Tuesday’s practice round:
Day has taken advantage of the relaxed practice round rules on the PGA Tour, where he can go casual.
However, we won’t see them come Thursday as pros must wear trousers during tournament rounds.
Don’t expect to see them on your local course, though, as they have already sold out, despite their lofty $120 price tag.
The ‘Lattice Nylon Short’ comes in bistro green/onyx and tofu/rooibos tea and are made from 100% nylon.

Fitted with an elastic waistband with belt loops and side hand pockets, Malbon says they offer ‘both functionality and flair for your golfing attire’.
Thankfully Day kept it simple on his tune up for the Signature Event by opting for a plain polo shirt, as opposed to the co-ordinating shirts.
He posted on X (formerly Twitter): “Pro-Am vibes”. We’ll let you decide if it’s a vibe or not.
But, in the meantime, here’s how social media reacted:
