The LIV Golf League has announced plans on how those outside the USA can watch its event.
The day before their 2023 season kicks off, the Saudi-backed golf league announced they were launching LIV Golf Plus, an app where the golf can be streamed, free of charge, in over 180 global territories. The app can be downloaded for iOS, Android, FireTV and on their website, LIVGolfPlus.com.

The app looks likely to replace the YouTube streaming which LIV adopted in its opening season. In the USA, meanwhile, LIV is set to be streamed on the CW Network.
Saturday and Sunday rounds will be streamed live on the platform, with Friday rounds being shown on the network’s app.
The announcement came as many asked how LIV Golf was going to be watchable outside the USA. In what is seen as an important year for the league, Thomas Pieters was the highest ranked player to newly join, with the Belgian being announced earlier in the week.
The first round of LIV Golf Mayakoba gets underway at 6pm UK time, with the league’s usual shotgun start format in place.
