The 2024 LIV Golf campaign is set to get underway, as new look rosters head to Mexico for the season-opener on the Saudi-backed circuit.
In fitting fashion, the startup league kicks off at the Greg Norman-designed El Camaleón Golf Course, a former PGA Tour venue which hosted the World Wide Technologies Championship.
The star attraction will be Jon Rahm, who makes his LIV Golf debut after making the move in December last year.
His new team will take centre stage, as will new recruits Adrian Meronk, Lucas Herbert, Kalle Samooja and Andy Ogletree.
Those changes will see the field size increase from 48 players to 54 players, as Rahm’s team inflates the competition.
That will mean four more players tee it up in the no-cut events, with an additional two spots free for players who will play as unsigned individuals.
With transfer business and mid-season trades still to take shape, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the first event in LIV Golf’s 2024 season.
