LIV Golf is back in England this week at an all new venue.

The Saudi-backed series heads to the JCB Golf and Country Club in Uttoexeter for the very time for the 11th event of the 2024 season.

LIV staged its previous two events in the UK at Centurion Golf Club near Hemel Hempstead, but has moved further north to JCB, a Championship course that only opened in 2018.

Plenty of players will be making their way down from Royal Troon, where brutal conditions made scoring a struggle for a number of the big-hitters at The Open.

Jon Rahm was the only LIV player who managed to stay under par in the final major of the season, but the Spaniard will be fired up to compete for his first title since ditching the PGA Tour. Bryson DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson and co. will also roll into town for an event that is expected to attract a big number of UK fans.

The LIV stars who played in brutal Troon conditions will be relieved by a more familiar setting at JCB this week. Niemann was in contention at the halfway mark of the Open before tailing off with two 66s. With only two LIV results, outside the top ten this season, though, the Chilean is so consistent and is poised to challenge again here.
