Move over, Jason Day.

We don’t know what Malbon have lined up for the Aussie at this year’s Masters, but there’s another player stealing his thunder.

Say hello to the outfits Ludvig Aberg is expected to wear at Augusta National next week, courtesy of Adidas.

While it’s unclear how he’ll dress for the opening major of the season, fans are likely to see him in a few of the following pieces.

The Swede wears the three stripes from head to toe and the brand’s new ‘Return to Originals’ collection has certainly got tongues wagging.

Aberg, 25, finished second on his Masters debut last year and while he might be a future star, he’s set to line up looking like a blast from the past.

Available from April 3, the collection is inspired by Adidas’s original golf apparel from the 70s and 80s, albeit with a modern twist.

The men’s range includes polos, sweaters, pants, shorts and footwear, including reworked models of the Adidas Stan Smith, Samba, Superstar, Coursecup and Gazelles.

Women can expect to find skirts, dresses, sweaters, polos and footwear.

The Coursecup shoe, as spotted on Aberg, is inspired by the Gold Cup golf shoe first launched in 1986 and features a genuine leather upper with wingtip detailing.

Meanwhile, the Gazelle Golf will make its debut on the course, offering enhanced cushioning and a durable adiwear spikeless outsole.

Shaun Madigan, Global Apparel Director of adidas Golf said: “Our iconic Originals range has always been defined by classic styles that have transcended time.

“We used our heritage as our muse and created Originals Golf with that same mindset, with the ultimate goal of building out a premium assortment of apparel that represents the convergence of fashion and culture that we are seeing in the game.”

Masun Denison, Global Footwear Director of adidas Golf added: “Over the past few years, we have worked hard to bring the classic adidas silhouettes to the course in a way that will offer golfers both function and style.

With the addition of Coursecup and now a Gazelle designed for the golf course, golfers will continue to be able to express themselves through clean and versatile designs.”

Aberg will now be (unofficially) the best dressed man at the Masters. Over to you, Malbon.
