FAO: Anyone going to the Masters for the first time next week – the food and drink prices are incredible.

Every April, patrons are spoiled for choice and barely have to break a note (bill, if you’re from the US) to enjoy Augusta National’s finest delicacies.

And 2025 is no different.

Whilst at this week’s Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Claire Rogers of Golf.com shared a picture of one of the menus.

The classic sandwiches, snacks and drinks all make their long-awaited returns and start as low as $1.25 – yes, you read that right.

As always, the egg salad and pimento cheese sandwiches cost $1.50, while three other choices are priced at $3 each. We won’t put you off trying all five for a mere $12.

Bananas, muffins and chips are all available, but you’re better than us if you can stay clear of the Georgia peach ice cream sandwich. Arguably the most popular menu item and, once again, only $3.

Meanwhile, all drinks are priced at $2 a pop, whether you want a bottled sports drink, water or a freshly brewed coffee.

And, before you ask, we don’t know how much beer will set you back at the 2025 Masters, but if past tournaments are to go by, expect one to cost you $5.

All of this isn’t just remarkable, but it’s as equally eye-opening.

At TGL, the PGA Tour’s newest venture, a 20oz bottle of water or soda cost $5, while a sports drink was $8. Look away now, alcoholic drinks reached $20, with a beer priced at $12.

Other major championships have troubled fans to the same tune. The prices at last year’s PGA Championship, held at Valhalla, would make your eyes water.

A price list showed that hot dogs were $8, cheeseburgers $15, and beer started at $14.

Enjoy it while you can folks, because you won’t see food and drink prices like the Masters anywhere else.
