Three courses were in play at the American Express but there was only one winner in California and that man was Sepp Straka.

The Austrian only needed a Sunday 70 at La Quinta Country Club to wrap up a two-shot win and his third on the PGA Tour.

It was also enough to land Straka a cheque for over $1.5 million, with Justin Thomas netting just shy of a seven-figure payout for his solo second finish.

The two-time major champion’s earnings lifted him to over $60 million in his career, however, making him the 12th highest earner in the Tour’s history.

Here’s how much the full field earned at the American Express.
