US Open: Every LIV Golf player currently in the field

There are currently 13 LIV Golf players in the field for the 2024 US Open.

That’s two less than the total who took their game from the Saudi-backed circuit to the USGA’s showpiece event in 2023.

It’s also three less than the number of LIV Golf stars who competed in the PGA Championship – the second and most recent major championship in the men’s calendar.

Despite an injury scare, Jon Rahm will lead the way as the most recent LIV winner of the US Open, following his triumph at Torrey Pines in 2021.

The Spaniard is one of five recent winners of the event, dating from 2014 to 2023.

Meanwhile, others joined the group heading to Pinehurst No.2 as final qualifiers took place in the build up.

But Patrick Reed is among those who will miss out after withdrawing from the qualifying event in Dallas two weeks ago.
