Rumours rife that world No.1 could appoint Canadian as new swing coach

Speculation is mounting that Sean Foley is about to succeed Hank Haney as coach to Tiger Woods after the pair were seen practising together at the US PGA Championship.
The rumour mill went into overdrive this week after Foley was spotted following Woods during his practice sessions at Whistling Straits, just days after the world No.1 admitted to the world’s press that he could be about to take on a new swing coach.
Asked whether or not he was working with Foley, Woods remained cagey, but did admit the pair teaming-up could be a possibility.
“Certainly it’s a possibility. No doubt. But there are also a lot of other coaches out there who are a possibility as well,” said Woods of the Canadian coach.
Foley, who also works with Sean O’Hair, a player Woods has been spotted practising with numerous times in recent weeks, denied the pair were working together, but did admit that there was a chance that they would in future.
