The LPGA star is back with her demonstration of a great core-strengthener

If you’re in need of some strength and conditioning tips, LPGA Tour star Natalie Gulbis has perhaps the most effective exercise that anyone can perform.

In the third edition of her video guide to working out, she instructs you on performing the plank. This exercise is great for toning the entire body but especially the core muscles that work during the golf swing.

It may be one of the most difficult exercises in her routine but Gulbis knows it is also one of the most important. As she explains: “The plank is probably the most difficult exercise for anybody.

“The reason that everyone does it is that it absolutely activates every single muscle in your body.”
