• Kevin Craggs to debut training aid at the Scottish Golf Show
• The prototype of the Easy Aim putting aid has been very popular
• Craggs will be at the Scottish Golf Show doing coaching clinics
Top golf coach Kevin Craggs is set to mark his appearance at the 2016 Scottish Golf Show with the release of an innovative new putting training aid, which has already proven very popular among his professional clients.
The Easy Aim, as the bunkered Tuition Panel member says, does exactly what the name suggests, helping to improve three of the vital components that makes for a successful putting stroke, with it guaranteed to make you a more proficient and consistent putter.
“The importance of putting is huge,” said Craggs. “Statistics show that it makes up 43% of your score, whether you’re an amateur or a professional, and what’s so unique about the Easy Aim is that it combines three simple things.
“When you’re on the putting green, you have to make a read, aim, and control the speed, and this product does exactly what it says: it allows you to aim easily. If you can get those three parameters right when you’re putting, you’ll become a very good player.
“I’m getting all my players on tour to use it – they like the concept and now that it’s being made, they’re the first names on the list to receive one.”
Once again, Craggs will be delivering his coaching clinics at the 2016 Scottish Golf Show, and he revealed he can’t wait to head down to the SECC in Glasgow next Friday to see the thousands of golf fanatics who are expected to attend.
“The Scottish Golf Show is a fantastic environment and every time I pitch up there I’m as excited as the first time I went,” said Craggs. “There’s a buzz from the moment you walk in on Friday to when it comes to a close on Sunday and to be surrounded by so many keen, enthusiastic golfers is a coach’s paradise.”
