Real Club de Golf Las Palmas

Dating back to 1891, the historic track at Real Club de Golf Las Palmas is not just the oldest in Gran Canaria but in the whole of Spain. Rafa Cabrera Bello plays here when he’s home, 400m above sea level and on the edge of the Caldera Bandama, an ancient, inactive volcano.

Salobre is one of the most exciting developments on Gran Canaria after reopening in 2022. Three loops of play are now in order, combining nine holes from the New Course with 18 holes of the Old Course to give golfers a wonderful test.

Maspalomas

More excellent value on offer in Gran Canaria, this time at Maspalomas, set close to the sea. That means golfers can expect a nice breeze that comes in from the water over the par-73 layout. It’s set up for holiday golf, with plenty of birdie opportunities throughout.

Anfi Tauro

Another on the south coast of Gran Canaria, Anfi Tauro has major TPC vibes, like you’d see on courses in Arizona. A modern design that combines that with the usual features of golf on this island, set among palm trees, lakes and volcanic mountains.

Tecina Golf

La Gomera might be the second smallest of the Canary Islands, but it packs a treat in the shape of Tecina. Overlooking the ocean, it was designed by British architect Donald Steel and is renowned for its breathtaking views. Climb up to the first tee and let the course unfold below you.
